Anna is the founder, advisor, and trainer of Black Mind Meditation and Coaching, LLC, a company that assists individuals on their personal and professional journeys.
She is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and a trained Student Affairs Practitioner. Anna earned her Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration with a focus on counseling and her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Education, both from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Buffalo.
Anna currently serves her community by assisting individuals throughout every stage of their academic and professional careers. She is also a professor who teaches college classes focused on critical thinking, time management, career success, self-discovery, and self-reflection.
Additionally, Anna has an extensive background in collaborating with community and student organizations, as well as accomplished professionals. She has a passion for learning, helping others reach their goals, and mental health.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys the company of her husband, two children, her mother, and a small circle of friends. Anna has learned to balance work and life with a strong relationship with God and dedicated self-care.
